1 PLACING YOUR ORDER
1.1 All products have a free two year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not include general wear and tear or abuse to the system.
1.2 Orders can be placed using credit or debit cards. Goods can also be ordered and paid for by cheque or postal order. When paying by cheque, please allow an extra five days on top of the stated delivery time, in order to process the payment. 
1.3 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates.
1.4 We try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will have no choice but to cancel your order. If you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. 
1.5 When you place an order to purchase a product, you will be directed to the order acknowledgement page of the website, and sent an order acknowledgement email. Your order is seen as an offer to purchase goods from us, which is accepted when we send you an email confirming that we have dispatched the goods to you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and refunds).
1.6 We do not store accessible details of your order on this website, therefore, please print out the order acknowledgement for your records.
1.7 We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details. We do not store any personal information or card details. Please see our Privacy Policy for further details.
1.8 In the rare event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible, and a full refund will be given.

2 DELIVERY
2.1 Where the delivery address is in the mainland UK, we aim to deliver your goods in approximately five working days.
2.2 Where the delivery address is outside the mainland UK, we aim to deliver goods within ten working days.
2.3 Bulk orders and distributors by special arrangement; please contact us directly for details.
2.4 We will make every effort to deliver your goods within the above timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the goods within these timescales. 
2.5 Higher value items are delivered using registered / recorded delivery, and must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
2.6 Risk of loss and damage of any goods you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the goods to the carrier, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products. 
2.7 When ordering goods for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for clearing customs must be carried by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

3 RETURNS AND REFUNDS
3.1 We offer a 10 day returns guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 10 days of the date you received the item. Package the item(s) securely, return the goods with the receipt and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment. 
3.2 Custom made items that are not faulty cannot be returned.
3.3 Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the product is damaged or faulty. These shipping costs are not refundable.
3.4 Please report items that are damaged or missing within three days of delivery. 
3.5 Faulty goods returned within 30 days: Please return the faulty item(s) with the receipt and we will replace it. 
3.6 Faulty goods returned after 30 days but within two years of purchase (within the manufacturer’s free two year warranty): Please return the faulty item(s) with the receipt and we will repair it for you. If we cannot offer a repair, we will usually give you a replacement. Please contact us for further details. This warranty does not include general wear and tear or abuse to the system.
3.7 We reserve the right to refuse a product that is potentially infected. If the product is returned in an unfit condition, you will incur an additional disinfection charge. 
3.8 This returns and refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.
